Memberships, team training, and individual lessons combined with winter clinics and summer camps make RBIS a complete and thorough baseball and softball facility. At RBIS players have the chance to take part in a structured learning atmosphere that allows players in the Northeast to have the same advantages of year-round training that players from the South experience. It is our belief that every player is unique and there is no “one way” for players to hit, throw, and pitch. Our goal is to take each player and get the most out of his/her ability, not to mold each player according to our beliefs. Through these training sessions, our baseball and softball players will be introduced to skills that are often learned too late in their careers and, in some cases, not learned at all. We feel that implementing these conceptual ideas earlier in a ballplayer’s career will allow for a smoother and successful transition to higher levels. In addition to professional training, our facility is ideal for coaches looking to gain an "edge" prior to opening day. The ability for coaches to work out with their teams indoors on hitting, pitching, and fielding has allowed RBIS to be called home to many area Little League and club travel teams.
