Grand Slam Birthday
Package $350
Includes:
- 3 instructors to run your party,
- 3 tunnel rentals with organized games and instruction
- Invitations
- 3 large pizzas and soda
- Baseball Piñata!!
Additional pizzas may be purchased for $10 each.
Additional instructors are available for $20 each.
Birthday Party Policies:
Free Giveaway for each child at the party.
You must have FUN!!!
Keep in mind the following:
- The ideal number of children
per cage is 6. So if you plan on having
more than 12 children, the Grand Slam Package is the better option for the children
to have the most fun with the instruction and games.
- Children’s attire should be shorts/sweatpants, sneakers, and t-shirt.
- Baseball mitts and batting
gloves are NOT provided. You must bring
your own. RBIS will provide bats, balls, helmets and any remaining equipment
necessary.
- Parties during busy months (January-April) may need to be scheduled on a
weekends.
Typical Party Structure:
0:00-0:05 Introduction
of staff to children, explanation of the stations and
separation into groups.
0:05-0:50 Stations
with instruction and baseball/softball oriented games.
0:50-1:15 **Pizza,
soda, birthday cake (cake not supplied by RBIS)
1:15-1:30 Goodie
Bags and Goodbye’s!!
**Grand Slam Package works slightly different.
After pizza, children will participate in breaking open the piñata for prizes. Then
they will enjoy cake and receive goodie bags!!
Parties run approximately
an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half depending on size of the group.
Be sure to book well in
advance to reserve a time slot. Space is limited
due to other programs and services offered at RBIS. A 20% deposit is required
to hold your party.
